Why do I register on Kids Design?
The first time you shop with us, we advise you to register your personal details during the check out procedure. Your registration makes it easier to place and follow-up orders and access personal services within our webshop. For all subsequent orders, it is sufficient to login with your e-mail address and your chosen password.
What do I do if I've forgotten my login / password?
Your login is simply your email address. To get your password again, go to “My account” at the bottom of any page, and check the Registered Customers box. Here you can click “Forgot your password? Click here” We will then send you your password to your email address.
How do I change my account information?
Login to your “My account” area using your email address and password, you will then be able to modify the information of your account.
How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?
Simply click on the link “If you do not wish to receive our newsletters any more, click here” located at the bottom of each newsletter.
How is the personal information of my account used?
All information of your account is used exclusively within the framework of your contact with Kids Design, we do not pass on any information with third parties. Obviously, you have a right of access, modification, correction and suppression of the data at any time.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order in progress?
That depends on how far your order has progressed. Please contact our Customer Service, with your number of order and the reference of your product(s), using the contact form, or by email: email@example.com.
How do know if my order as been accepted?
After having confirmed your order and proceeded to pay using secure payment, an email of confirmation will be sent to you. It includes a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.
Where can I find the details of my order?
You have the possibility of finding the details of your order in your account, in the section “My orders”.
Which are the means of payment accepted by Kids Design?
Kids Design currently accepts the following payment methods: Bancontact, KBC Online, Visa and MasterCard.

We work with Ogone, one of the leading European suppliers of payment services, who uses a protected mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer), secured by encryption and authentication technology, through which a safe payment by credit card is guaranteed.

How does Kids Design ship my order?
The products are presented in the packing of each manufacturer. The whole of the articles are then packed firmly in an environmentally friendly box to fixate your precious products and protect them against jolting during transport. Together with our experienced transport partner DPD, we assure exact delivery. DPD is one of Europe’s top leading service providers for shipping parcels. Where does Kids Design deliver to?
Kids Design delivers to most European countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price.

What are the delivery times?
All products that are in stock will be delivered to the desired address within two to five working days after receipt of your order confirmation by e-mail.
You can also have your package delivered to a different address than your home address, as a gift for example.
Products that are not in stock, can be back-ordered and will be delivered according to the delivery time which you will find on the product page.
What are the costs of delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated automatically on the check-out page according to the delivery destination and the total amount of the order.
We don't charge shipping costs in Belgium for orders over € 100, in Netherlands/Luxembourg/Germany for orders over € 150 and for other EU destinations mentioned in our destination list on the check-out page for orders over € 250.
How can I follow the status of my order?
On your account page, in the section “My Orders”, you can follow the status of your order at any moment, from its preparation in our warehouses to its delivery to the address that you indicated to us.
From the moment the parcel is sent to you, you will also see the DPD courier tracking number. You will then be able to trace your parcel via the DPD website www.dpd.net.
What happens if there is nobody home to take delivery of the parcel?
In the event of absence, you will be left a delivery notice in your letterbox from our courier DPD, with the indication of his next passage (usually the next day).
Our courier DPD will attempt to deliver up to maximum 3 times.
You can always enter your work or a neighbour's address when placing your order, as long as someone you trust can sign for accepting your parcel.
What do I do if something is missing or damaged fom my parcel?
Kids Design handles your order with the greatest care. Should a delivery problem with your order still occur, contact our Customer Service via our online form, or email address on firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible to inform us.
Can I return an article ordered on the site?
You have a legal right to 7 days as from the reception of the goods to announce to us your intention to return the product and your reason for this return.
Your request for return can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service, using the contact form, or via email email@example.com.
The demand for the return will then be studied and replied to by mail. Kids Design will then send a return authorization number to be marked on the parcel, as well as the address for returning the items.
As of reception of the return authorization email, you can return the chosen products, undamaged and unopened in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and the return sheet to the address indicated. The cost of returning the product is at your charge.
